« Establishment of Family Care Support Services in Rural Areas
This project is implemented as add-on component of TACIS project to increase its sustainability and impact.
During the first phase negotiations with heads of the villages will be conducted with support and in cooperation with rayon administration which has signed cooperation agreements with EveryChild.
The following tasks and activities are planned :
- to conduct the consultations and negotiations with partner agencies on oblast and state level to identify potential project sites
- to conduct the consultations and negotiations with partners on rayon administration and village council levels
- to establish different types of family support services in Fastiv and Vyshgorod districts: to develop the necessary documentation, to recruit personnel
- o conduct the primary training programme for social workers of village Social Services
- to assist in provision of social services in villages
- to promote creation of village-based Social Services in other districts in Kyiv oblast, share information and methodological resources
- to conduct the advanced training programme
